The double melter can automatically feed the TE4 tempering machine.

Touchscreen functions

Easy to use, the touch screen provides additional functions:

  • Programming delayed start-up with tempering trigger
  • Programming the mixer to turn on alternately while the chocolate is melting
  • Saving programs by recipe/coverage
  • Programming automatic standby (with possibility of activating the mixer alternately)
  • Alarm function - displays the fault (example: safety grille removed)
